As a part of the training, you will also receive a copy of the ebook I have written to help everyone become a more skilled and confident speaker. “Speak Out” gives you my entire ‘SPEAK SYSTEM’ that will take you step by step through your preparation, speech development, your emotional and physical state and finally into the presentation of your speech itself.

I have been a member of Toastmasters International, the worldwide public speaking organisation, for several years and so, I’m continually honing my evaluation and assessment skills.  I have helped countless people acquire more confidence, become more self-assured and consistent in their presentation ability.

And I can do the same for for you!

Story – It all starts with a journey for your audience. If you want to persuade your audience to do, think or act differently as a result of what you deliver to them, you have to take them on a journey.  For a fun, easy to read blog on this – CLICK HERE

Performance Whenever you speak in front of a group of people, you have to imagine it as a performance.  Even if the thought of that gives you the “wobbles”, in order for you to transport your audience to where you would like them to be, you have to give them something of a performance.

Relax – It’s easier than you may imagine – You might have switched to another website by now, but if you’re still here, then I’m going to assume that you have the commitment to develop this skill.  That’s a great start.  And here’s the great news, you already have a lot of the skills that you need to be a good (if not, great!) speaker.  This book will show you how to bring them out.  CLICK HERE for a bit more about it

Emotional State – This is one of the parts that many people forget to engage with and it’s often the piece that needs to be addressed first.  This is the part of you that is really the ‘driving force’ behind every speech you give.  There’s more about it HERE.

Audience – Where would you be without them!  This is your reason for being where you are.  Your audience are everything, but not every audience is YOUR audience.  The same applies to all the people in your audience.  Every member of your audience is different and wants something different from you.  You can develop a presentation that goes some way to coping with these differing demands, but, as the saying goes, “you can’t please all of the people – all of the time…”  There’s more about this, RIGHT HERE.

Killer Ending – OK, so maybe it doesn’t have to be a “Killer” ending, but it does have to give your audience a confident ‘call to action’ – something they can research further after your speech is done, or something definite that they can do, think or say differently as a result of your speech.  You might want to offer your audience a different belief about something and leave them with that.

In short, the speech needs to get to the point!  Otherwise, you might as well have just sent your audience off to the bar!  To find out more about how to really sell your speech, register for a copy of the ebook – It’s FREE!
